Excellent app for mindfulness

We see digital nomad and we love it coupled with a Bluetooth 5.0 hub

I like using the app, But was disappointed when they automatically billed a $95 renewal fee to my credit card. When I tried to get a refund, I was told I could not. But they quickly resolved the problem. Perhaps they’re reading these reviews, and seeing the error of their billing ways - or perhaps my customer service rep had just meditated using the app. Either way, I appreciate their responsiveness and help.

Fantastic app that covers a diverse range of topics. Headspace gives you a different perspective on problems with practical and achievable ways to manage them. I think it’s great, I’m not sure what app the people writing the other negative reviews are using 🤔

Non existent customer services. Impossible to contact, I have sent them two emails neither of which have been acknowledged or replied to.

I love this application, but the way how they treat people is unacceptable. I am really disappointed. I wanted so hard to work out with them, but they let me no other choice. I pressed many bottons to complete my subscription but in the end, every time switch from monthly to yearly payment (Six times actually). After my complain they refund my money, but after that in my account was everything more expensive.

Would have been a better rating, but some time after subscribing to Premium the recordings have begun to stop up and continue tons of times during every meditation. Impossible to listen to as it constantly stops up. Simultanous use of another meditation app (Calm) shows not even one pausing problem during the recordings, at the same time. So what is wrong with Headspace? Have contacted support waiting for this to be fixed (only begun to occur after some weeks after subscribing), it's unacceptable to pay so much for something that has frankly not worked for several days. Ridiculous!

I am having a level of success in clearing mind clutter and endless, pointless thought cycles that have been an increasingly constant companion to me over the years. It's wonderful to be able to use my mind more effectively; to learn that I can control what I never thought I would be able to control. As a Christian I was concerned about the spiritual component since the guy was a monk but, all I have experienced is really what I would call mind training. There is nothing spiritual about it. It hasn't challenged my core beliefs in the least. I had only a bit of trouble getting from a free one month subscription to an annual one with the 40% discount code.
