I signed up for a free basic course under my home email address, however when I went on to my computer to pay I could not remember my password so logged in through Facebook. Well this has another email address so now can only meditate in front of my computer. Have been trying for a week to contact them but just get automated messages..I am positively not renewing my account if I ever get to them. Not Happy and stressed

Shame you can’t give less than 1 star... billing very underhand. No warning, no easy access to see when auto renew will occur, no cooling off period, no ability to re-use the service I signed up with (via my health insurance - which has also now gone down in my opinion). £75 for a renewal is outrageous and it’s clear that they do not want repeat custom. Whoever sanctioned this incredibly poor customer experience should be looking for another job - or should we now expect these types of practice from pure play digital services from now on? Unacceptable and shameful, Headspace! You clearly have no real interest in the well-being of your customers...

Good app in terms of excellent meditation you can do anywhere anytime so long as internet. However app frequently just stops. And once you realize this can happen, you are stressed during your meditation that it will happen. That does not exactly enhance the meditation process. Customer support simply does not exist, they never get back and hope you'll just go to their FAQs page.

Headspace incorrectly charged us three months in a row. Each time they said it would be refunded - only one has been (at time of writing). We then cancelled our subscription, yet Headspace keep charging us. Customer Service is appalling. Billing process is borderline criminal. For a company that states its mission as ‘mindfulness’, Andy Puddicombe should be ashamed of himself.

The service was great! I forgot to cancel my membership, and I wrote to get my money back. A couple of days went by and they replied kindly and said that I am getting my money back within a few days. :) :)

Customer service, as others have mentioned, is totally non existent. You have to reach out via social media to get any response and even then, it still takes a verrryyyyyy long time. Totally ridiculous.

Customer service is horrible or should I say there is no customer service at all. Have read a few of the reviews - same issues... Avoid this app as there are plenty cheaper and better options

More billing problems As everyone else is sharing, there are some underhand practises going on with the billing department. I set a reminder to review my subscription and cancel it on the last day, but before I could even get to it on that day, they had already charged for another full year of subscription and would not answer any emails or enter into any discussion regarding it. The amount of stress it causes to deal with this totally conflicts with the whole concept of the app - avoid.
