I purchased a years subscription last year and I have been charged £71.88 without warning through auto renewal (which I didn’t even know they had). I contacted customer service via email for a refund since you can get one within 30 days for an annual subscription, I’ve had no response and it’s been 7 days... I have sent three emails so far. I have never experienced this bad of customer service, it genuinely feels like they’re purposely ignoring my emails.

Totalement déçue de l'application. La lecture s'arrête régulièrement et le lancement et très lent. En ligne c'est encore pire. La connexion est quasi impossible à certains moments et les arrêts nombreux! Seule la partie gratuite fonctionne pour vous accrocher - Dès que j'ai payé ça ne marche plus sur tous les programmes payants. Une fois sur deux ça se fait sur le programme Anglais alors que c'est configuré en Français - N'importe quoi.

This company keeps automatically deducting 70 euro annually even though I have contacted them several times and halted auto renewal on their website. They do not reply. Horrible company!!!!

My son sent me a 1 month free subscription. The website is terrible and the help desk is even more terrible as it has been 6 days since contacting them and still no reply. This company should be shut down, based on the reviews I have read.

Absolutely awful. I subscribed last year when on offer. I did not want to auto renew and they have taken a further £71.88 from my account which I did not authorise. I have sent three emails with no response. Paypal will not return my payment. I am absolutely livid that I have been totally conned out of my money. There are no customer service telephone numbers. I would advise anyone thinking of subscribing to stay away from this extremely dishonest organisation. Thanks guys, you really know how to rip your customers off!!!!!!

Terrible app. Don't install or buy it. Very expensive fees which they don't advertise about and all content on the app can be found for free on YouTube. Always need phone screen to be unlocked otherwise it turns off, which is not ideal for long meditations. Uses all your battery.

Disgusting that they make it so hard to cancel. The App is good but I don't use it enough to justify the big cost of an annual subscription. My 1 year subscription is due to expire in 2 months and I've hardly used it in the past year so I want to cancel. Unfortunately there's no easy way to do this and the instructions they give online about selecting your current subscription in iPhone iTunes subscription settings seem to be a trick to get you to resubscribe. Be careful what you click if you are trying to unsubscribe. There is no unsubscribe option. They tell you to select current subscription and then unsubscribe but when you click current subscription the only option is to resubscribe and they then deduct remaining subscription days left from your new subscription. DON'T CLICK THIS or follow their instructions. Disgusting behaviour and should be considered a scam as I'm sure some people will be tricked into accidentally resubscribing or be charged with auto-subscribe costs if they can't figure out what to do. I have emailed them asking them to manually unsubscribe me and I'm waiting for a response. Luckily I have 2 months left before auto-renewal. If I do not get a response soon then I will have to remove my credit card info from iTunes.

I tried it, I like it, I actually did follow it for quite some time. 72 EUR for annual subscription for an app? Seriously? Ok, paid it once, but then they billed me again, since renewal is automatic. In my opinion, all the talk about "peace" and other stuff is bull**it unless you really apply some ethical principles in how you do business. Many seems to complain, hope these reviews will be a warning for those considering using headspace
