I've been trying to get a hold of these people for almost two solid weeks (we're on day 12), and no response. They charged me $95.88 instead of the student rate ($9.99) that was promised. I've reported them to PayPal but at this point, I'm not optimistic I'll get my money back. I'd encourage anyone reading this to go rate the app on their apple/google play account as well since they apparently don't care about these postings.

I signed up for headspace last year but could not turn off their Auto-renewal but after a few months my debt card broke; was cancelled and replaced. So I thought I wouldn't be charged for another year as they did not have my new debt card details but I was wrong. I was charged another £71 even though I have not used the app in 10months and had not given them my new debt card details. Have contacted their customer care department but no response other than automated emails saying to look up their FAQ which were no use. I have contacted my bank but all they were able to do is put a block on them taking more money. Also their advertisements are more interesting that their app which is basically Andy saying the exact same thing on each meditation course, day after day. Which you'll have to listen to for 10 days UPDATE:- I deleted the unused Headspace app from my phone and got an email a day or two later(14/2/2020) saying that they are refunding me. Will update my review if/when I get the refund UPDATE I have received a full refund

Headspace seem to be racking up there one star reviews very quickly due to their under hand billing for subscriptions that I personally didnt even know I had. No email reminders, no active subscription in google play, no customer service responses. Will fight to get my money back and will never use this company again. Customer Services is disgusting

I had an annual subscription that I totally forgot to turn-off. I've got charge £71 in January and started emailing customer services without any success. Then, I tweeted them and got a reply straightaway. If you have an issue with them and need customer support, send them a direct message in Twitter and they will come back to you. I've got my £71 back.

I was charged for a full year by headspace and can't get my money back My daughter sent me a free 2 week trial for using Headspace. In using the application I had to enter payment method (athough the 2 week trial was free!!!). Two weeks later I was charged for the full one year subscription. Since then I have contacted headspace help several times with no effect. Forget about getting a refund.... I am very upset and can't even use the application since stealing my money is not a good way to prepare for meditation.

Excellent app, however after shifting over to the Waking Up app and cancelling my subscription with Headspace I was still charged $146AUD for some reason. After sending 5 emails to get a refund I have still not had a reply in 2 weeks. Where is the customer service?

Auto renewal has seen a huge rise in price and was unwanted still awaiting replies after 2-3 weeks. Doesn't seem to help my wellbeing this process, undermines faith in what I originally thought to be a neat product
