TOTAL SCAM. CERO STARS is the real rate. MISLEADING AD for free trial! Like many others, I subscribed for a "free" 14 days trial. However, I was billed immediately for yearly subscription of €57.99! Headspace customer service is inexistent. Do not subscribe, you will regret it.

Abzuraten.

I did not realize auto-renewal was enabled on my account (I am not sure it was), and I was just charged for a year without any warning or prior notice. I have asked for my account to be deleted to avoid this happening again in the future.

God I hate this app you have to buy EVERYTHING and I'm really stressed, I don't have the money. When things go wrong I need an app THAT I CAN USE. I would rate it 0 if I could, don't use it

MISLEADING AD for free trial! Like others, I subscribed as Headspace ad invited me to try for free for 14days. Many app do that, so I subscribed. However, I was billed immediately for yearly subscription of £49.99, which is a lot of money. Even if I tried to cancel my subscription from Apple and Headspace, I still have not had refund. Headspace you should be ashamed of yourself: you created a lot of stress, anxiety and trouble as am still trying to get my money back without any answer from you.

I was charged a full one-year subscription while I was on a monthly trial. I tried to contact customer service to get a refund and never got a reply. I did not use the service at all. What a scam!

Don't use, unreliable service Paid for subscription then one day it just stopped allowing me to log in, even though I still have 6 months on the subscription. Customer service is unhelpful and not quick to reply (I am still waiting for a reply so not sure if they reply at all). For an app that is supposed to help you destress it does seem that they are achieving exactly the opposite effect.

25/01 UPDATE: I raised the rating from 1/5 to 3/5 because I was refunded and I appreciated the response even if the experience was a bit unpleasant. ------- 18/01 I asked to unsubscribe and turn off the auto renewal but ther was no button to do it on the website, I wrote an email and I got no answers. After the subscription was renewed, against my will, the "turn off the auto renewal" was magically there. That's a SCAM and I want my money back.
