What amazing customer service!!! I emailed about an issue with a student subscription - I got a quick & detailed response with many troubleshooting tips to try, when this didn’t work I was asked for more information and again got a vet quick and informative response. In the end they gifted me 3 free months of a subscription for the inconveniences!! All round very friendly, helpful, committed and kind :)

The app I find to be the only one that works for me, it's organisation makes it so accessible and the voices aren't annoying like every other app and they have short meditations that are good for days where you don't have time or feel unmotivated. HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!!! I made my own account and purchased the annual subscription expecting a 14 day free trial first as they promised and immediately made me pay YET WHEN I REFRESHED THE APP IT REMOVED THE SUBSCRIPTION SO THEY LITERALLY SCAMMED ME WHEN IM A STUDENT IN THE MIDDLE OF A LIVING CRISIS WITH BAD MENTAL HEALTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love headspace, lucky to get 12 months for 9.99 as a student. Andy's voice is very soothing and kids love Sesame Street: Monster Meditation. The App UI and navigation could be better but overall its great :)

Signed for the 14 day free trial, £50 taken out of my bank the following day ( not after 14 days), have emailed numerous times but no reply, scam company

Did not send an email or notification informing me of auto-renewal, charged my card, and when I emailed immediately to request a refund and cancellation (I hadn't been using the app for months), they said I have to give 24 hour notice BEFORE a subscription renews. But somehow they think THEY do not have to give notice PRIOR to charging my card?!?! They did not give a refund. Incredibly frustrating. I was scammed by the free trial.

I have been using Headspace since 2017. I like the app and have found it very useful. I do not however, appreciate being billed 50 GBP without my consent, auto renew continuously turned on as default setting (despite cancellation of this numerous times). Subscription & billing info on app is so tiny you can't read it, let alone manage it and customer service unresponsive about my refund after a few e-mails. When did such a great platform become totally the opposite of its apparent Buddhist and mindfulness values. Be wary about giving your bank details to this company.

I'm fortunate to get Headspace free through my work, however had an issue with the voucher code at renewal time. Found contacting support wasn't straight-forward and took over a week to get a reply... their agent then only managed to reset my password? In the meantime I had managed to solve the problem myself through their web-site (although I am still none the wiser as to when it expires?). Given how utterly incompetent and slow their support team are I'm really pleased I'm not paying for this!
