Deplorable customer service. My wife and I have been subscribers for years. I wrote to support to ask how to combine our accounts into a family plan. The steps I was given didn't work, and support has not helped at all for weeks. I now have paid for 2 annual plans that cannot be upgraded at least by me on line and Headspace doesn't seem to care.

I turned to Headspace on my iPhone to explore opportunities for self-help. I chose not to sign up at that time and pay the $92 annual subscription.Shortly afterwards I received an email offering me a 20% discount on the previous published fee. Once again, I didn't take up the offer. A few days later I received a further email now offering me a 30% reduction to the annual fee. If my personal trauma was such that I instantly signed up, I would never have been aware that for the same assistance, that I could have obtained it at a much cheaper price. I know we have discounts on retail items but I find it unethical on a welfare site. Some people are feeling anxiety & depression due to the cost-of-living crisis and struggling to pay bills effecting their mental health. I don't have any issue whatsoever with charging a fee for a service. My issue is that it should be a set fee that covers all costs with a profit margin to ensure sustainability. Not overcharging people that didn’t show any reluctance and who didn’t need enticements. If Headspace can still make a profit on the reduced offer than I really feel sorry for the people lining the pockets of the creators paying their extra 30% profit margin. In my opinion it’s corporate greed before human welfare.

beware using the app even for free. My daughter was "enrolled" and charged £9.99 per month while obviously not noticing and not using it.

I’ve been using headspace for a couple of years and it’s made a real difference to my mental health. It isn’t a cure of mental illness however it allows me to connect with the present moment and problems in my life lessen their grip.

One of the best apps for meditation, in my opinion. Easy to use user interface, valuable insights and well recorded guided meditations. The price is a little too high for me. I think meditation isn't a thing you should monetise at all.

I have been using the app for 2 years, and i really like it! I meanly use it to fall asleep and in the morning to star the day with 10 min meditation.

Been a member for FIVE years and every time I need to reset my password I need to contact support. Just disappointing.
