Red flag from the very beginning l, they autorenew without telling you and do not give refunds

Ageism is dominant in our culture and Headspace is no exception. This app makes sure "older" people understand they are not welcome there. Their presence is not good for business. In all its videos interviews, no older person is ever visible.

It is a red fllag right at the beginning

Headspace has changes my life. It's the best, simple, straightforward app that covers topics specifically for you. I've used this for years and now, so are my family members. I'd highly recommend it.

Ich habe mit Headspace immer sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Selbst nachdem ich die Kündigungsfrist meines Test-Abos versäumt habe, zeigte sich Headspace mir gegenüber sehr kulant und überwies ohne wenn und aber, den zuvor eingezogenen Betrag vollständig zurück. Da kommt man definitiv gerne als zahlender Kunde wieder!

I wish I had visited this before I got the app. I was a Shine user and tried this app because they bought Shine. It's not the same and they change you and refuse a refund. I can't believe this is an app promoting mental health wellness.

Impossible to get a refund after immediately asking to cancel my subscription which was automatically renewed

Tried the app as I get it for free through work. Very quickly realised that there is nothing on it that is particularly original and isn't already available for free on the web. Totaly waste of money, just glad I'm not paying for it.
