Watch out for the different renew features. They have an "auto renew" on their website which I turned off - but they renewed anyway and refused to refund me the subscription. Really disappointing customer service asking me to provide evidence and telling me they wont refund when any other company would do - including the likes of Amazon. Proper "computer says no" customer service

Mir wurde ein 14 Tage Testzeitraum angeboten (in Yen oder so, unbekannte Währung, ein Bug). Innerhalb etwa einer Stunde habe ich entschieden, dass sich der Kauf nicht lohnt und gekündigt. Die App hat das sogar registriert und mit einen billigeren Deal angeboten. Ich habe abgelehnt. Es kam eine Email, dass es Probleme auf der Webseite gäbe. Trotzdem wurde mir die volle Summe via Google play abgebucht. Das Hilfe Center von headspace schiebt die Verantwortung auf Google, und Google sagt mir, ich kann nichts erstattet bekommen und nicht mal mehr eine Hilfeemail. Das ist Betrug!

Headspace is one of the most sneaky, deceitful companies on the market when it comes to taking your money. Be careful! They have an auto-renewal function which is automatically activated when you subscribe and very hard to turn off (there are no quick options, you have to email them, and the address is hard to find). There are no reminders and once the money is gone, they WON'T give you a refund. This is essentially theft, since you pay for the following year! I emailed them within the hour once the "thanks for your payment" came through, and they flat out refused the refund. The service itself is basic at best, and there are a myriad of free options across YouTube and other similar sites, that give you the same function with 30 minutes of focused searching and saving a playlist. Hopefully this will save you £50!

Trial period expired and just missed the cancellation window by a couple of hours if that. I asked them to refund my money and cancel my subscription. No heads up that trial was about to expire which would have been considerate. They absolutely refused and would not budge. Once they charge you, forget it! They will not bend t0 satisfy customer for future business or recommendations. I think this is a bad customer experience business practice. Beware

Stay away from this company, I was charged an annual fee !! I tried communicating with their support team but it’s pretty much a machine that doesn’t give you many options and pretty much tells me they can’t give me a refund, I was not notified by email nor text of this charg

Deceptive practices, no notice of auto renewal, no refunds. Our 16 year old was duped for a free trial and we learned later of the charges. Stay away!

I have paid big dollars for two years to have a family plan. For most of that time two of my family members have been unable to access the plan. The support from Headspace has been abysmal, conflicting advice, slow to respond, no resolution and certainly no compensation for the lack of access. In desperation one family member signed up for a 14 day free trial and was charged for a full one 24 hours later. The content of this app is amazingly good but we will not stay with Headspace because the subscriptions are constantly going wrong and there is no customer service support - too expensive for such a poor service.
