Excellent options for online learning and information

I do not have feed back besides my expectation that you will continue living day by day in a disruptive environment even when Covid 19 has gone. Because apart from this pandemia we already had started to replace almost every thing and because we still are not done. We should continue changing faster for next coming years, so nobody would take a rest because we would lost the synergy we had gained to question not only the work environment, but our whole life system, beliefs, fears, needs, and mindsets/thoughts!

HCI is a great resource...it is my go-to for white papers and webinars.

I would not be where I am in my career without the professional development from the classes, webinars and white papers. Thank you for all your help and resources.

The course was very informative and interactive. I really like the facilitator and the materials that were provided.

I completed this course and completed the subsequent assessment to complete my certification. After completion, I emailed the course admin to ask about a certificate of completion, if the certification expires, etc.... No response. I tried calling the 800 number on the site, and finally got an answer from a "Christine" who, before finding out my concern, wanted to know what number I dialed. She went on to explain that everyone is working from home. I explained to her my issue and she promised she would send me a certificate via email after confirming she could see I passed the assessment. I still have not heard from her. Will think very hard about taking another course with HCI.

I was disappointed in the conference registration price. Prior to the conference, a "promotion" was available to invite a peer at no cost. Once the promotion was over and participants already incurred the cost, the price of the conference was reduced in half. I never intended to pay for my peer's registration fee and felt tricked into paying double compared to what others paid who signed up closer to the conference.

Thank you so much for organizing this terrific conference. I learned a lot from many of the speakers and it feels so great learn so much from home (especially because we live outside of the U.S.). I also saw so much efforts of HCI trying t make the conference as much exciting and interactive as possible, which also added value greatly. sThe presentation topics were interesting but compared to Inclusive Diversity conference I attended earlier, it think there were less conceptual presentations that really changes what "engagement" really mean. P.s. I was very curious about how to do the HCI background while showing the presenter and the slides at the same time!
