Amelie has been a huge blessing to my son and to our family as a whole. She has an innate ability to create a warm, safe environment for my young son and even for me. Her values are transparent as is her heart. Her genuine care for her patients is outstanding and she is extremely skilled at listening to her patient and explaining/mentoring in a palatable way. This was my son’s first therapy experience and she has set the bar. She made a huge difference for him and I am forever grateful.

Everyone was amazing.

I like the concept, but the scheduling was a bit of a mess and the therapy didn't seem to focus on our goals so much as just playing and connecting with the kids. This paired with some tech troubles here and there made it less than an ideal model for our family even though my kids really enjoyed therapy sessions with the counselor in general.

The sessions were very helpful for my son. The therapist built a relationship with him. The reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 was that I found the website confusing and difficult to use.

There was not 24 hours notice of worksheets like I requested. Appointments were canceled when I was unavailable to be on camera to show I was present. There was no communication from the therapist.

My son absolutely loved his therapist Luciana! He was excited to meet with her every week and was sad when it ended. Luciana did an amazing job teaching my son healthier ways to deal with his emotions! We will miss her!

The Hazel Health Team provides excellent customer service. The Psychiatrist/Psychotherapist was able to get my daughter to open up and talk about her issues and her struggles. This has been such a hard task for other therapist to do in the past. We are so appreciative of the excellent service they provided to our daughter.
