I had quite a negative experience with them. I subscribed for the free trial and ended up no really using the app since the selection of shows is very « Californian oriented » and doesn’t offer enough variety. I filled the form to cancel the subscription and was charged the same day. When I contacted them they refused to refund me saying the charged pass before the form. The thing is the charged passed at 1h00am, considering people are often not if front of their computer at 1h00am to cancel a subscription it’s not a good reason to my opinion. Very disappointed of their response but also the way they deal this.

Disgusting customer service. Cancelled the service prior to the 30 day’s got charged for months following. I kept emailing. They would cancel my case if I didn’t respond within 48 hours (some people have a job lol) therefore I’d have to go through the process again. Back and forth. Refused to payback as they apparently couldn’t see I had cancelled, although I have email for 6+ months. I don’t know how they get away with this. Disgusting. Complete scam in my eyes. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Absolutely awful customer support and highly suspect business practices. Tried an Amazon free trial and cancelled well before the end date. Hayu still charged me, stating I still had an acocunt on their website, and refused to refund. Avoid like the plague. If there was an option to leave a review with no stars, I would have taken it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Always crashes...so frustrating

The choice of programmes for me are great. The menu system is rubbish and it logs out, almost everytime i have to re pair the amazon stick.

I have been watching a program on Hayu. The voice and the mouth do not match. I have to every 10 mins restart the program. This is stupid. I pay for this app and I am getting poor quality.

Great App, I never have a problem and have stacks of TV to watch at a super low price.
