I got charged for the one month free trial and the subscription but it hasn’t even registered my account so I can’t even watch anything. Not the first time I’ve had trouble. WOULD NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANNA WASTE MONEY

THEY"VE JUST MADE AN ALREADY BAD PLATFORM 100 TIMES MORE DIFFICULT TO USE. I have just written to Bravo in the US to let them know how poorly they're being represented here in the UK. If you could add your voice and send them a really quick email to complain too please, the only way they’re going to change it if more people write to them. You can just Google bravo TV customer service and you can find their email there. Thanks in advance if you do. Hayu crashes constantly and 'pick up where you left off' never worked as it was never up to date for me, but at least shows were easy to find and you could tell whether you'd watched an episode or not by going to the season (unless you haven't visited the show for a month or so and then it forgets and you have to go through the palaver of having to search again). Now they've changed the format and it's impossible to find where you left off and they have deleted all my carefully curated favorite shows. Way to go Hayu! The second we can get reality TV elsewhere I'm gone. They obviously know they have us by the short and curlys, no desire whatsoever to make things better. This is why competition is always a good thing. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The worst service. I tried cancelling in December and January and they still charged me! I sent them an email explaining my situation. That I tried cancelling I haven’t used their service since November, but I only tried to cancel in December but still got charged in January. They make it that you think you ha cancelled. I got a return reply saying they have decided not to refund me and that’s basically it! I would highly tell people do not use!

I would leave a 0.. Videos were impossible to stream, on contacting customer service, they take days to reply and offer no realistic help or compensation Appalling service.. do not use!!!

What has happened to Hayu, the format has changed, its horrendous, I can’t find anything.

My daughter cancelled her subscription months ago, yet they were still charging her. When she asked for a refund, they gave a ton of excuses to not do so. When she wasn't excepting their excuses and sent them proof of them overcharging her, they then BLATENTLY LIED and said that they couldn't refund her because someone had set up another account (some lad called Daniel) and was using my daughters bank details. This is a complete and utter lie - and is not even POSSIBLE!!! This whole app is SCAM. (Simpletons - just so happened that 'Daniels' payments started the exact month after Holly cancelled, and the payments dates just so happened to be on the same payment date? Get a damn braincell between you, eh?) And oh, it IS worth my energy to pursue legal channels to get her money back - which I will be doing. This isn't even about the money, it's the principle that have blatantly lied and refused to refund. they are conning thieves. HAYU I'M COMING FOR YOU!

If you link your account to Amazon they will charge you twice for viewing their content on Amazon and a separate hayu subscription so for years I was paying for two subscriptions from the same bank account but one from PayPal and the other my bank... even though I used the same signing on details Hayu account to access content. I am a busy person just noticed this years later and when I alerted them to this they thanked me for bringing it to their attention and refused to provide me with a refund pointing to their terms and conditions which is pure fraud and I will be reporting this company to Ofcom which is the UK regulator for digital services.. a bunch of crooks there needs to be a competitor which should break up the monopoly of this company... they feel that they can get away with short changing customers and defrauding them.

Jeg forstår. ikke mange af de problemer folk beskriver de har med Hayu❓ Hvis man laver sin profil via Hayu's hjemmeside laver man selv sit login via ens facebook konto, Google konto eller Email login, ved email login skal man selv oprette sin kode og det er personen der opretter abonnementet, der skal indtaste sine personlige oplysninger, de kan ikke tilskrive en fremmed mail til ens bankkort, det er umuligt. Hvis man downloader. Hayu app'en, dette kan du gøre ved at downloade via iTunes hvis du har Apple computer eller iPhone og Google store for alle smartphones, Notebooks,med Android styresystemer og alle andre computere eller tabłets,som har Android, Windows eller andet styre system, hvis bare de har en Google konto eller styresystem. Der udfylder man sine login oplysninger, på samme måde som på hjemmesiden men betalingen bliver trukket af Google Store og iTunes og nåæææhvis man tilmeldte sig via app'en opsige dit abonnement der Det er op til en selv at afmelde tjenesten, hvis man ikke ønsker den efter den gratis app prøve periode ellers vil der som der står i den udførlige information blive trukket 49 kr. Og hvis man mener de bare en måned har trukket 49 kr. som man mener de ikke burde, så afmeld betalingen i banken eller kortudsteder. Jeg er meget glad for Hayu, alle de serier, Hvor mange ikke er i Danmark til 49 kr. Det er billigt og man kan streame dem direkte på ens tv, hvilket gør det endnu bedre så 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 fra mig‼️
