I will add to the terrible reviews! Do not touch this company, utter shambles. They send out promo codes that do not work, their app is no longer available on Samsung tvs. Shame really as they do have a couple of good series, however the customer service is awful!!!!!

I have signed up for a year and I love the content but the app is absolutely terrible. The subtitles are never in sync. My watch next is NEVER accurate, I’ve watched whole seasons and it still shows, watch next half way through ep 1? If I watch on my phone, the next time I watch on my tv there is no record of what I’ve watched? I used to get Hayu through prime and I’ve got to say it was so much better. But I don’t like not being able to watch when I travel, so I went direct to Hayu but I really hope you guys are working on the app because frankly it’s painful to use

Always error. NEVER works. Tried on Samsung tv, android box, brand new MacBook Air, iPhone. Zero possibility to watch or use this service. Company doesn’t care at all 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’ve tried to cancel this subscription multiple times - to no avail. It’s impossible to cancel. I’ve had to cancel my debit card in order to finally cancel subscription. Save yourself a lot of hassle. Use some other service.

they are a despicable organization who steal from there customers you can no cancel the payment after you have joined the bank has to cancel you card . DO NOT USE

If I could give zero would be zero. Supposed to be able to download and watch offline but if you don’t have a data connection an error message comes up. Customer service is useless. Tells me to update app which o have done a thousand times. Only got this app to watch stuff when I’m at the cottage. Useless app
