Smooth and honest

If I could leave 0 stars I would. CONNOR NIKSES has the most UNPROFESSIONAL attitude ever. He had given me a call this morning wondering about my quote and I had simply told him that I found another transport and he hung up on me after HE called ME which was already rude. I later received a email from him and car transport asking me about my call and the quote so I had called his number again with his extension (594) and I had asked him if he could unsubscribe me from all the calls and emails because I have been getting spammed with a lot of car transport emails and he hung up on me immediately and now won't answer my calls. I had filed a complaint with the management, but I'm not too sure how that will follow through but I just wanted to come on here and write this review because I think that that experience was very unprofessional and very rude and I don't think anybody like that should be working for a car transport company where you're supposed to be welcoming customers and making them feel comfortable with shipping their car. Coastal shipping has better customer service and they make you feel comfortable and safe shipping my car. I would never ship my car with Hawaii car transport after this encounter and I'm not too sure who would ever want to with this type of customer service. This immature and unprofessional employee needs to fix his attitude or find a job with no human contact.

Timeline was extremely accurate, good drop off and pickup experience.

Excellent service and stress free. Everything went smooth and efficient.Communication was on point, thru calls and emails.Car arrived earlier than expected. Would highly recommend.
