Very easy to reserve, setup drop off location, drop off, set pick up time and to pick up. Minus one star for lengthy wait time via 2 calls to set the drop off time. Other than that, excellent process and customer service.

The process of shipping my car was seamless. I spoke with a representative and they explained the process and cost. I filled out the information online and my vehicle was scheduled for pick up and payment was not required until my car was picked up. My car was delivered ahead of the scheduled delivery date and they offered to store my vehicle until I picked it up. Thanks Hawaii Transport and staff.
