The ability to confirm myself over the phone a certain way with one of the female staff members was very disturbing the way she treated me over the phone was not of a concerned company to take care of its customers so much so that I was 99.9% going to change the transport company because of her rudeness towards me as a customer. Also getting my car and inspecting the inside of my car a day after thinking everything would be OK, I found personal item that was removed from the car, I contacted the company after retrieving my car and noticing the item was lost, yet I haven’t heard anything from anyone. I can understand that nobody wants to own up to stealing the item in my car and not wanting to pay for the stolen item but if they at least have a decency to reach out to me to apologize that would be enough, but no one took the time to even reach out to me a week after retrieving my car and emailing the company.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and we especially apologize for the communication you received after reaching out to us. We also attempted to contact you by phone to discuss your concerns and provide additional information. Prior to transport, we call customers to review the transportation requirements, including that personal items are not permitted inside the vehicle. The port will not accept a vehicle with personal belongings inside and may require those items to be removed. This is also clearly outlined in the Terms of Agreement that you signed, which states: “Personal property and effects are not permitted and shall NOT be left in Vehicle. Company is NOT responsible for personal effects or property of any kind left in Vehicle.” After receiving your concerns, we contacted the carrier, who confirmed that they did not remove or handle the items. Based on this, it is possible that the item was removed by the port during the inspection process. We understand your frustration and apologize that you did not receive a timely response after contacting us.
