All estimated dates were met or exceeded. No major issues with the process. My main constructive feedback is the communication (or lack thereof). We got automated updates, which told us very little. When we came to pick up the car, the posted address took us to a parking lot with no building around. We called the posted number, the person on the phone was nice but not very helpful, since she wasn’t local. Anyway, we found the place eventually, but detailed directions would have saved us the trouble of calling & searching for the place.

Besides the amount of time it took from pick up in Colorado to Maui, car was intact and good. My car has app that tells me when unlocked or windows down. When sitting in California, the window were down often and it was never locked. A little unnerving. Staff at Pasha in Maui absolutely amazing!!!!

Very easy to reserve, setup drop off location, drop off, set pick up time and to pick up. Minus one star for lengthy wait time via 2 calls to set the drop off time. Other than that, excellent process and customer service.

Easy drop-off experience, easy destination delivery. Communication in the middle was a little sparse.
