The flexibility and reliability of the provided service.

From beginning to end they took care of us with 5 star service.

Shipping a motorcycle from Las Vegas to Hawaii had more frustrations than it was worth. First the shipment was approved on Nov. 6, but was told a week later "there are no skids available". I searched all of Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Diego and they were right. I offered to build one, but time restraints had me go ahead and order their "pick up at home" in Las Vegas for an extra $1,000. Guaranteeing a skid. ...this did not happen. The truck company out of Chicago, loaded the bike in a flat bed covered truck, in Las Vegas, and took over a WEEK to deliver it 150 miles away to Las Vegas, going to Phoenix, Arizona first. They missed all of the agreed deadlines for delivering the bike to the dock in San Diego. It then took ONE MORE WEEK to skid and load the bike on the ship. We missed all deadlines for the motorcycle show to demo the bike, a point we had emphasized was important - several times, and spent $1,000 more than we needed to have the bike picked up, delivered and on a skid, just to have it delivered a week late, and shipped a week after that. Pick up in Las Vegas was Nov 26. It was delivered to the Dock 150 miles away on Dec. 2. It was then shipped on Dec. 12. It was supposed to have shipped on Nov. 29, nearyly 2 weeks earlier. Actual shipping time ON BOAT is 6-7 days. We could have had this bike a month earlier with any other shipper. Bike to arrive Dec 18 at dock, and available for pickup Dec 20. We have a few more days right now to wait it out and make sure it was not damaged and all parts arrive with it. Never again. Pasha offers a much better service and timline.

I had Hawaii Car Transport ship my vehicle from Hawaii to Pennsylvania. The team contacted me and followed-up from the time I booked them until the time my shipment arrived. They were very professional and made sure every questioned I had was answered. They were very scheduled ship and arrival dates were accurate. Once the other company they task to ship my vehicle from California, communication was continued. The driver notified my husband when they were 400 miles from Pennsylvania, assuring contact and delivery were met. I will be using them next month to ship our second vehicle. Their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for your shipment. Awesome staff!

Hawaii Car Transport crew were wonderfully thorough, knowledgeable on the entire transport process, and provided really accurate movement & arrival updates. Their freight broker staff-Justin, Jessica, Kimberly...were particulaly helpful in making all arrangements for this Pacific ocean transit & connecting road haul across the country. Pasha Hawaii drop off warehouse in Hawaii processed the car efficiently with no snags. Their entire team worked in unison to including vessel scheduler Mark who finalized Port Booking

So easy! Communication top notch. Timing was as projected. Really nice to be able to pick up and drop off offsite and not have to go to dock. You should advertise that more!

My car was perfect when I got in Hawaii, and it couldn't have been easier to drop off or pick up. Everyone there was awesome!

Made it here ! No damage and on time!
