From start to picking up the car (a few days ahead of estimated schedule!), the people and website at HCT made getting the car from Maui to CA very easy.

We have used the company before they do not do a lot of communication with emails. They do get the product from one point to another with absolutely no issues drop off and pick up are easy.

Car arrived in great shape and on time

I found HCT very easy to work with when transporting two of my cars from Seattle, Washington. Being new to the process, they guided me every step of the way and it was not at all the frustrating experience that I had anticipated. I would absolutely use them again but I think I've transported enough cars for the time being. :)

From beginning to end all the personnel was extremely helpful. I would recommend them highly. We moved from Colorado to Oahu big move.

Scammed, a month late, and thousands of dollars out because of this company. Do not use this company. I booked with another company because this one was $500 more, but of course we got quotes from multiple companies. Paid for another company, they said they would call my partner to schedule the pickup. This company called my partner to schedule a pick up (literally the same day as our car was supposed to be picked), said they talked to me (when they didn't) and pretended like they were the other company scheduling the pickup. That we already paid for. My partner assumed it was the company we booked with (yes his fault for not looking into further). We didn't even realize it wasn't the company we paid for until we got the tracking and noticed the different company name. So now Hawaii Car Transport has our car while we already paid the other company ($500 cheaper too) to ship our car and we are trying to get a refund with that company. I know this part is yes our fault, and believe me I wish so badly we went with the other company we booked with, but their sales tactics were scammy and dishonest when they called to schedule the pickup for a shipment we didn't book. So now we paid $500 more on top of the thousands it costed to ship as well as still haven't received a refund from the company we wanted to go with but we were too late now that Hawaii Car transport had our car. We accepted our fate. However this isn't even the worst part. On the shipping date from the port, they called and said they locked the keys in the car, no biggie we have remote access and unlocked the car, they said they got it in it was all good. Keep in mind we have been in constant communication and calling them since we had this mishap in the beginning we were now aware to triple check everything. Then a few days later they said they couldn't get the car on the shipment because the keys were locked in the car, and said the new shipment would be a MONTH later. This makes no sense as we resolved the car locked issue as soon as they called and confirmed it was good, as well as a month later is way too long. A few days is understandable. We need to rent a car for a month longer than expected, with no recourse from this company. This late shipment is not our fault. With the company we originally booked with they said that if something like this happened they would get us a rental car, but apparently this company will not. So to recap, we are not only paying $500 more for this company, do not have a refund for our original company for the shipment $2200, and now have to rent a car for around $2000 for the month that this company has delayed us and pay for our monthly car payment $600 for it to sit at a port for almost 2 months. and this company is doing nothing. Regret it so much. I am sorry to write this as I'm usually able to be understanding but when it's this much money that you are stressed about it, it affects your life entirely.

Hawaiian Transport is a very good company. I transported a 2005 Land Rover from Honolulu to Virginia by ship. The place of drop off was easy to find. The vehicle reached the mainland in perfect condition I have no complaints. From California where the vehicle was picked up by US Road LLC and driven to my door was awesome. My driver called me and let me know when and what time to be expecting him. What I loved about this driver whose name is ‘ Leo’ was he waited for me to get there before taking my Land Rover off of his truck so I could video tape my Land Rovers arrival. The whole experience was PERFECT!!!! Thank u Hawaiian Transport for an excellent job. Also thank you Anthony G, the company was everything u promised and more♥️♥️♥️♥️
