As outlined in the Terms of Agreement signed at the time of booking, all pickup and delivery dates are estimated, and delays can occur, especially with overseas shipments where factors such as vessel schedules and port operations may impact timing. Regarding the condition of your vehicle, it is common for vehicles traveling overseas for a few thousand miles while exposed to the elements for several days to accumulate dirt during transit. Vehicle cleaning is not included as part of the transportation service, so some dirt upon arrival is to be expected. We understand this may have been disappointing and appreciate your feedback.
