The driver who picked up our car in Texas was very courteous and accommodating about the pickup location. When we picked up our car at the destination port, the employees were friendly and very helpful. We also appreciated receiving a coupon for a free car wash, as the car did get dirty during the trip from Texas to Hawaii.

Before finalizing, I was met with absolute disrespectful behavior by two staff members over the phone. No way.
