I did not receive my full order and when I reported the error while the response was prompt and polite.. I still have not received the item I paid for that was left out of my order.

Love the quality of the oak frames. You need to make peeling the plastic overwrap easier. Add a Tab.

I ordered a print and it came damaged due to shipping so i reached out to the company and got a replacement all expenses covered by them! They were very nice and resolved the situation very quickly!

Have not recieved item. Still not shipped out 2 weeks later. No mention of delayed shipping when ordering.

You sent us the wrong sized frames -12x16 rather than 12x18 as we had ordered.

1. I ordered my product on January 15th (9 days/business days ago) and I have NOT received the items NOR a shipping notification. 2. Your website clearly states 3-5 business days, this is false. People oder things in hope to get projects done by a certain date. 3. I emailed customer service two days ago, and still did not receive a response- even though YOUR website says less than 24 hours. I find this whole experience to be awful & I will not be shopping here again. I HOPE to actually receive the items that I paid for BEFORE the day I am going to need them.

I did not receive what I ordered. I received a large envelope with a thank you card. I ordered a set of 3 pictures.
