I ordered a glass frame, they sent me a frame with a plastic sheet instead of glass one! I emailed customer service day of delivery for a return/refund. No one got back to me. I actually like their products (have bought two other frames) so this unexpected. Disappointed!

I am disappointed in the quality of the frames received. They are priced at a premium yet the fit and finish is sloppy. There were glue stains on the front of the frame that contrasted against the black paint, the wood grain is very heavy, and the corners are not flush. I would not consider purchasing from Haus and Hues again if this is the quality to be expected.

Have not recieved item. Still not shipped out 2 weeks later. No mention of delayed shipping when ordering.

Frustrated. Website says orders ship within one business day and it’s been over a week with no change in status of my order. Emailed customer service and was told I’d have an update ASAP. It’s now been 3 days since that email, so I emailed again and asked for an update and was told they’d “reach out” again to their shipping team. This was supposed to be a surprise for my son’s new room when he arrived home from a trip- now we have blank walls and no posters and I’m 100$ invested into something I don’t have.

I placed my order and it said that it had shipped the next day. I was pleased with this, until I tracked the shipment the week after and realized only the pre-shipment label had been created. I had to reach out to customer support to help me figure out where my order was. They quickly resolved the issue and expedited it. I received my order 1 day afterwards, but it took over a week to get the shipment update.
