Beautiful frames at great prices, wonderful customer service.

Picture frame was well packaged. No issues. Real wood and glass as advertised. Overall good value.

I've not received the luster paper alongnwith the frame. I've contacted support with no answer.

I will not be Ordering more frames. The recent frames were delivered in plexiglass when I had ordered glass. I didn’t make the mistake but ended up paying for the return of the incorrect frames at my cost of “13.00”.

Arrived quickly, good instructions, well made frame.

Great product

The posters came carefully wrapped and just as pictured

I ordered a glass frame, they sent me a frame with a plastic sheet instead of glass one! I emailed customer service day of delivery for a return/refund. No one got back to me. I actually like their products (have bought two other frames) so this unexpected. Disappointed!
