I've not received the luster paper alongnwith the frame. I've contacted support with no answer.

I will not be Ordering more frames. The recent frames were delivered in plexiglass when I had ordered glass. I didn’t make the mistake but ended up paying for the return of the incorrect frames at my cost of “13.00”.

I ordered a total of 4 frames with printed photos inside the frame on May 1 2026. I received one frame with no photo. I emailed the company and was told I’d receive the missing photo separately. I was told the other missing order was being packaged and was requested to be prioritized. As of today May15, I have yet to receive any of my missing items, nor an update on shipping. Poor service, I highly suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Never received my order.

It's now 7 days after my order was placed. No shipping updates. The website says I can download the "Shop App" to get shipping updates. Unacceptable! I shouldn't have to download an app to get updates and I shouldn't have to wait a week for my order to ship.

I ordered a 16x16 frame. The frame that came looks very cheap. I need to return it.

Terrible communication, terrible user experience for tracking product. website is nice but after you press confirm order the entire experience went downhill fast.

Placed an order as a first time customer. Over a week later it said the order shipped. Another week went by with no tracking dates. I had to reachout to customer service (they didn’t contact me) for them to tell me my order is out of stock. Will never order from Here again.
