The frame looks nice, however the "glass" material was very cheap and hardly fit in the frame correctly. It seems to be smaller than the actual frame. Because of this it was a pain getting the art piece in the frame without it falling out along with the glass. For the price and the marketing that goes into this product I expected much better quality.

I love the prints but the shipping was an issue, the envelope was damaged so the prints were also bent. The creases on the prints are noticeable so I’m debating on returning.

I purchased a wooden/plexi frame for a large poster. Upon arrival it took time to get the back off, insert the poster and have it "sit" properly because the plexi was slipping and the groove seemed to be problematic. Two of us worked on it for some time before we were satisfied. I'm just hoping the poster doesn't slip when I hang it on the wall soon.

Ordered some frames over three weeks ago and only a shipping label had been created after two weeks (despite website saying it would arrive within 3-5 business days). Customer support said there were maintenance machine issues and offered a 10% discount. I also got an email asking if I was happy with my purchase before even receiving. I wish the company had more realistic shipping estimates when purchasing given the frames are not cheap to buy. I finally received my order three weeks later but one of the frames is missing a mat. The print I’m framing requires a mat so I requested a replacement be shipped. Surprisingly, the replacement mat shipped and arrived within two days! I am ultimately pleased with the frames and satisfied with my order! It was worth the hassle but patience was necessary!

Would prefer glass to plexi, and wire to sawtooth mounts. Wood quality is pretty good.

Better shipping on Amazon! Don't purchase through the site, takes longer.

First off, the product (3 posters making up one scene) are beautiful and of very high quality. They are just perfect. My disappointment is with being able to contact the organization. There is no telephone number to talk to a person about your order or to ask questions about the products. You have to either chat online or email. Well, okay, I guess. However, several national shopping websites offer Haus and Hues products, so I thought I’d be able to contact them. I went into the chat from their website and you enter your name, email address and question. No one ever came onto the chat window (30 minutes) or followed up to my email. Also, I sent an email the same day and no one ever answered the email either. Also, there is no option on their (Haus and Hues) or any of the national shopping websites offering their products to expedite shipping. That too seemed unusual for such a widely renowned company with excellent products. So overall, they have outstanding, high quality, unique products and lackluster customer service.

I love my prints and they came in good condition, although they have stickers on the back that I can’t remove without the ripping the print. However, the 3-5 day shipping took almost two weeks.
