I bought the knife sharpener in November tracking is a bit naff I used shop by Google and it does take a while to arrive asi has to be shipped from china, and be inspected by outbound and inbound customs, my son in law loves it.

I’ve been had too. After ordering their knife sharpener (should have checked Trust Pilot first) I have received multiple emails from their ‘shipper’ inviting me to track my delivery. When I clicked on this option I was told I would be charged £1 and asked for my credit card details. Not bloody likely. If the sharpener ever turns up I will be gobsmacked. SCAM.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Delivery took weeks and weeks. Zero communication when I emailed them, cheap feeling products when they finally arrived. Heed the warnings from everyone, buy elsewhere.

This company is pathetic. In your best interest, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Their return policy is totally misleading, they have terrible communication skills and if you buy anything from them, plan to keep it because they will rip you off otherwise. They have a One(1) STAR Rating for a reason. This is my own fault for not researching them before I purchased anything from them. A lesson learned but I want everyone else to be aware as well.

Item has to come from China which is not made clear on site. Masquerading as genuine Japanese knives. Never received item and cannot get response from customer service

AVOID like the plague! I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before purchasing a gift for my sister. They took my money but the shipment has said Pending since the beginning of May with no further updates. I have emailed the company twice with no response, so I will have to get the money back from my bank. Why can't people just make an honest living?!

Scam! Took my money and gave me a fake tracking number. No answers to my attempts to contact them. Had to chase my money back through my CC company.

I used the sharpener on 6 knives that were already pretty sharp, I noticed that the rougher end coating was peeling off. I emailed the company but one week later no reply. Unfortunately they don’t offer PayPal as a gateway so no refund from my bank on a debit card.Their info@hatori email address supposedly available 24 hours today never responds.
