Honest straight forward presentation of a product that, in use, dose exactly as it say on the tin. Easy to use in practice and quickly restores the cutting edge to a condition you could expect on a brand new knife.

Hi Paul, Thank you for the kind words. Hearing that the sharpener does exactly what it promises, and brings a knife back to that brand-new edge, is the best thing we can ask for. Simple to use and reliable in the kitchen, that is the whole point. We hope you enjoy it for years to come. Warm regards, The Hatori Team

Worked really well on my larger knives although it took quite a bit of time to get the new bevel established. The issue I had is that it only worked on my larger knives. The smaller boning and timing knives were to short to use the system. We need to sharpen those as well and I had to resort to my diamond wet stone for those.

Hi Lester, Thank you for the honest review. We're glad to hear the sharpener worked really well on your larger knives, even with the time it took to set the new bevel. That kind of feedback helps us understand where we stand. We appreciate you sharing the full picture. Warm regards, The Hatori Team
