Easy and clear ordering process. Item arrived timely and in its own nice box. Followed instructions to sharpen a vegetable knife and am very impressed. Will practice with it more to get a sharper edge. Works best with a steady rolling motion.

One very good thing was the email preceding delivery that provided help in knowing how to use the sharpener properly. The results we got are amazing! A couple of knives that had been sitting in the back of the drawer are now the "go tos" for everyday use, and I no longer lose half the juice in the lime trying to cut it in preparing my G&Ts.

Have used the product on a couple of my knives. it has preformed as advertised. Very happy.

Took a very long time to receive the sharpener. Instructions could be better. Currently still getting use to it.

The sharping kit is as advertised. I am super excited to sharpen the rest of my knives. And also the knife that sent along with my kit is outstanding. I would highly recommend this kit to whom ever wants to keep their knives at the sharpest point possible.

Really good product, does exactly what is advertised.

I started with three cuisinart knives that were not sharp anymore and used my new sharpening tool from Hatori to bring them back to kitchen ready. I tested them on garden tomatoes that were a little soft, and they sliced through them like a hot knife through butter! I was skeptical, but it worked out well.

its a good product
