Amazing! I ordered a gothic long sleeve top. I followed the sizing chart and it fits perfectly. The quality is great and it looks exactly like the picture. No issues with delivery, it actually arrived earlier than I expected. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered a gothic jabot tie with a cameo brooch, the price was good, the quality was good, no complaints here, would definitely order again, thanks!

Amazing store! I have recently rediscovered my alternative roots and used this site predominantly to build up my updated wardrobe. Their velvet shirts are amazing and look sleek and stylish as well as giving a dark vibe I've been looking for, I bought some trousers from them that look industrial but with a modern touch and the fabrics are quite good although the hajariku pants I got are a bit fragile but I think that's just the design. The only thing I'd fault is the waiting times for the products but I understand that they are probabily very busy. Currently waiting on some platforms and counting the days. The staff are very polite and nice when handling my queries too. I'd recommend HardnHeavy if you are going for a victorian gothic style or industrial gothic look or maybe even want to mix it up and be creative with it. Looking forward to buying from them again. x

The item I received has been 're-labeled'—the original manufacturer's label was cut out and replaced with the hardnheavy brand label. This is a clear case of fraudulent business practice and a violation of the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC) Fraudulent business – Selling rebranded Shein clothes Stay far away from this shop. They are engaging in highly deceptive practices by purchasing cheap garments, removing the original tags, and sewing their own labels in to pass them off as high-quality, expensive items. The quality of the products is terrible, and the pricing is a total rip-off. This is fraudulent behavior and a complete scam. I have demanded a full refund for both the order and the return shipping cost. They won't cover the return cost even though The item I received does not conform to the contract of sale. Under EU Directive 2019/771, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity, and I am entitled to a full refund, including all shipping costs incurred. THIS IS A SCAM! Save your money and don't shop here !!!

I had been looking for a pair of boots with buckles and studs for forever. The boots on their website were perfect! A bit pricy at 100$ but they looked worth it. What I got was cheap crap I could have gotten on aliexpress for a fraction of the price. There was not even a zipper on the side to open the boots!! Even though pictures and description clearly stated there should be one. They never responded to my email. I involved Paypal, hardnheavy promised to review the case, never did. I escalated the case and got a full refund. But I will definitely never order from them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to.

Quality is very good, even if it comes from China. Only with size is it a problem. You should order 1 to 2 numbers larger.

Got an awesome pair of New Rock brand boots direct from Spain. I was going to order directly from New Rock, however prices were in euros and shipping was prohibitively expensive. I placed an order with Hard n Heavy, they took the time to verify my size and in fact, I had ordered the wrong size for what I needed. I do understand they would have replaced them if I had gotten the wrong size but I certainly appreciated them taking the time to verify the sizing with me to save me having to exchange them. The boots are something I have wanted for many years and they are wonderful quality. I got Velcro cause I'm old, and I don't like to bend too much. This was all around a wonderful experience.

Hard and heavy is a joke. never ever again..........these cheap pincushions took me for a 60 dollar scam. I ordered a XXL shirt and got an extra small without a tag. then when I emailed them back they sent me a 10 dollar coupon. WT F ????? ( i had to clean this up so i could complain) then they leave a phone number to call which turns out to be a shipper in new jersey. so these cheap pincushions are not to be trusted.NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
