I made a delightful discovery with this online shop; the quality of the dress is excellent and the attention to detail is superb—Delivery service perfect.

I placed order SEPH2650739 and requested cancellation before the parcel was delivered. The cancellation request was not actioned in time. HARD’N’HEAVY later replied saying the order had already been fulfilled and was in transit, and specifically told me to contact them again after delivery if I no longer wanted the items so they could provide return options. Once the trousers arrived, I contacted them immediately and asked to return the full order. The trousers did not fit either me or my partner, the quality was poor, and the garments had a strong musky, stale “stored in a basement/cellar” smell. They were never worn. At that point, HARD’N’HEAVY refused the return because the trousers had been purchased from their SALE section, stating that sale items were non-returnable and non-refundable. This was especially frustrating because I had already tried to cancel the order before delivery, and their own customer service had previously instructed me to wait until the parcel arrived and then contact them for return options. The return restriction for sale items was also not clearly communicated to me in a sufficiently visible way before purchase. Their later response simply referred me to their internal return policy after the fact. The chokers from the same order were not delivered together with the trousers. I was later informed that they had been shipped separately under another tracking number and were still in transit through Hungary. So, in summary: I tried to cancel before delivery, the cancellation was not intercepted, I was told to contact them after delivery for return options, and once I did exactly that, they refused the return because the items were on sale. I have now had to raise the matter with my financial institution and am considering a formal transaction dispute. The overall experience has been unnecessarily difficult, inconsistent and disappointing. Based on the product quality, communication and handling of the return request, I would not purchase from HARD’N’HEAVY again.

Absolutely in love with the dress, feels well made and is comfortable. Only bad thing is the shipping took longer than I expected. Would recommend:)

Finaly i received my order, 15 days later. Fortunately the quality is very good and therefore I upgraded to 3 stars, I would order there again but would keep in mind that the product does not come from the usa, which there site does imply, it comes from china. maybe they get 4 stars or five when the next order arives in time. Ordered something in stock on the 2nd of september, today the 8th of september not even shipped, they say usa but it is obviously china, i wanted to wear it on the 12th, that's not gonna happen. I hope at least that the quality is not chinese but will be like the detailed pictures. Update; got an e-mail today, on the 9th saying my order has a delivery exeption and had to call a number in china, got a chinese message and they hung up, i am pissed.

My hat arrived quickly and was well packaged with its own zipper pouch I can store it in. It seems pretty good quality; I could not have made a hat this nice for the price they charged.

Tja, was soll ich sagen, die Sachen finde ich echt gut, wenn sie denn auch bei der Lieferung dabei sein würden. Habe zwei Oberteile und eine Hose bestellt, es kam nur die Hose an. Paket war heile. Habe den Service kontaktiert.
