I ordered 4 items. I received half of the order but had to get 1 item reshipped as it was lost in transit. Yana was great with replying and making sure I got the rest of the order. Im still waiting on the other half of the order, and it’s been nearly a month since I placed an order. The items I have received are unique, but feel a bit cheap. If the material were better quality I would be inclined to shop here again.

Ich habe für über 200€ Artikel bestellt. Da der Artikel zu spät kam und ich im Urlaub war, wurde das Paket normal, wie man es von DHL kennt zurückgeschickt. Jetzt kommt der Oberhammer: Meldet sich der Händler und sagt mir ich soll ihn zuerst informieren, dass das Paket auf Retoure geht, da er es sonst nicht annehmen kann. Das Resultat: Mein Geld ist weg und ich habe nicht mal einen Artikel erhalten. Jetzt habe ich Stress mit PayPal und der Versicherung, um vllt etwas zurückzubekommen. Der Händler hilft mir keinen Deut weiter, obwohl laut deutschem Gesetz der Händler Rückerstattung auf irgendeine Art und Weise leisten muss. Entweder Geld zurück oder Artikel zum Käufer. Ich warne euch: KAUFT DORT NICHT EIN!

Ordered a bracelet. It didn't fit and they wrote i can send it back and getvmy money back. Payed for sending it back and never heard from them again. Don't answer my mail.

I ordered a corset for a costume 2 weeks ago and still have not received any shipping info. I contact the company via email and they just send me a generic response. I will be filing a claim with my bank for a refund.
