So check this out. We logged on and the Kearney NE store had the $800 gantry in stock. We drove over 2 hours to get it. Nope…none in stock the FLOOR MODEL was why it shows they have one. Asked if Grand Island had one. Nope. So we ask about the 2 ton cherry picker….also not in stock and not allowed to buy the one on the floor….and none in grand island. They said they could order and we could drive and get it in 2-3 weeks. WHY would you put your floor models in inventory and have it show in stock if you won’t sell it?? You lost over $800 not having the gantry and over $300 not having the 2 ton cherry picker. Luckily Tractor supply had a 2 ton IN STOCK and even helped us load it. Maybe actually have products in stock or stop showing floor models as stock.

They refused my return of 2 brand new socket sets. The receipt was in their system but was more than 90 days old so NO return allowed. Not even store credit. I feel that I would be stuck with anything I bought there so I'm done with them. Not a good way to treat regular customers. At least I found out about this before I bought a cordless impact. AVOID!!! AVOID!!!!

Young man at counter was too busy looking at his Twitter account to help me. I ask him about where a tool was and he replied,"what you see is what we've got. I ask him again and he was just too busy looking at his phone and giggling. I put what was already in my cart back. Not shopping at the harbor freight on Kingston pike in Knoxville ever again. It was at 3pm.

I bought a power washer and it was APS. It wouldn't start 15 pulls later it did but only ran 30 seconds and died. When I tried to return it, they told me I had to drain the gas as the sales person told me. Well, the salesmen (Tanner) never said anything about that. Yes, I have witnesses' my wife and step son where there not one word was said about draining the gas. They tried to force the point so I just dumped the gas in their parking lot. Don't buy anything that takes gas from these thief's.

Absolutly unfriendly personal, stupid return policy!!! BEWARE! Be careful with return policy!! Unfriendly personal at Independance Blvd,Charlotte,NC!

Do not trust items sold by Harbor Freight. Item 66632 was purchased the morning of 04/24/2023, went home to try it, it was defective it did not work. That afternoon of 04/24/2023 I return to store 00418 to return item 66632 for a full refund of $39.00 plus tax back on Visa. The casher stated there will be a twenty percent restock fee...I stated why a restock fee on an item does not work? I asked for a store manager. The 00418-store manager Jan stated the same, that there will be a twenty percent restock fee. I stated how can Harbor Freight charge a restock fee on an item that does not work? Jan stated to me.... do you talk to your daughter this way? I said to Jan what are saying. Is this some new customer service or is this the way you disrespect the customer. Jan stated I have to leave the store. I left and with a purchased Harbor Freight item that does not work. I called Harbor Freight Hq. and have spoken to a Harbor Freight upper level boss and they did not care about charging the customers a twenty percent restock fee on items that does not work. I return this defective made in china, Harbor Freight crap item and lost $8.00 (20%). Harbor Freight is building more stores… best of luck ripping customers off! I will not shop Harbor Freight.

Incompetence... at every level. I wanted a $35 sand blaster. I saw it online and it showed in stock. I drove 30 minutes to the store. It was out of stock. I looked it up at another store and it showed in stock. I drove another 40 minutes to the other store. It was not in stock but they called another store 20 minutes away. I waited 15 minutes but they could not get an answer so I drove to the other store. Not in stock. It should be noted that, after learning the $35 model was not in stock, I was willing to buy the $89 model but it was not in stock anywhere, either. I also was (reluctantly) willing to buy the $169 model since it was on sale for $129. The last store I went to had the $169 model but I had to pay a $35 'membership' fee to get that price. In other words it saved me nothing. I have always hated Harbor Freight but I must have forgotten why. Now I remember. Harbor Freight sucks and people who shop at Harbor Freight are dumb people who probably do very poor work with their very poor tools. Don't be a dumb Harbor Freight shopper! It's not worth it!
