Hi Jose! We are sorry to hear that you haven't noticed the results you were hoping for, especially after using it for 6 months! The biggest part of hair growth medication is staying consistent and building it into your daily routine to see the best results. However, sometimes even then the hair loss may still progress, and in these cases we do offer other options to help promote growth and prevent further loss! Sometimes the ingredients may not be strong enough to combat your hair loss and in these cases, we do offer stronger ingredients! For example, Dutasteride is a stronger version of Finasteride and is recommended if Finasteride isn't producing the results you’d like, as it blocks to 2 enzymes that create DHT rather than one! Since you have been trying the same medication for the past six months we would be more than happy to offer you a complimentary of a stronger solution to see if that may yield better results! We are not "one-size-fits-all" and our topical formulation is made fresh every month. We also provide one of the strongest dosages of the medications on the market to increase efficacy. Our prescription medicine is stronger than what our competitors offer (e.g. 8% Minoxidil vs. 5%).  Unlike other brands, we can modify the concentrations of most of our ingredients, or even remove them completely if requested. Because of this, each bottle is made to order. We don't carry a large inventory of products just sitting on a shelf with preservatives or other chemicals. Hair growth is a game of patience, consistency, and being diligent in your usage of the medication, otherwise, results may not be as great as you might have hoped. Our topical solution uses a combination of Finasteride and Minoxidil to help not only prevent hair loss but promote new hair growth as well! Along with these ingredients, we also include Retinoic Acid to help the Minoxidil penetrate the scalp, then both Hydrocortisone & Aloe Vera to help prevent any irritation that may caused by Minoxidil. Together these ingredients have been proven to be very effective in many people's hair journey with us!  Sometimes our hair growth can hit a plateau if our bodies get too used to the medication. If you have noticed a lack of progress, we also offer a Dutasteride version which helps block two enzymes that create DHT rather than one like Finasteride does.
