Since we offer a variety of products and subscription options for our customers, we would like to discuss all possible options and solutions to any issue you may have. Happy Head offers more customization options than most others, and working together with your assigned Happy Head dermatologist, we can always customize your prescription to something that may suit your needs better. Or if it’s subscription updates, we can always adjust the renewal date or frequency so that it works better for you and your lifestyle/routine. We will honor any request that does come in to cancel a subscription, we would just like further feedback so we can better our services moving forward for you and everyone else!
