We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure that you have the best experience possible with our services.  Since we offer a variety of products and subscription options for our customers, we would like to discuss all possible options and solutions to any issue you may have. Happy Head offers more customization options than most others, and working together with your assigned Happy Head dermatologist, we can always customize your prescription to something that may suit your needs better. Or if it’s subscription updates, we can always adjust the renewal date or frequency so that it works better for you and your lifestyle/routine.  The dryness you have noticed may be due to the Minoxidil and/or Retinoic Acid which may cause your hair to feel dry or brittle! However, both ingredients are customizable; we can always lower the concentration or remove them to see if that may help with the issue! We'd even be more than happy to offer you a complimentary bottle to try it out!   We will honor any request to cancel a subscription, as we provide multiple channels through which you can contact us, but we would like further feedback so we can better our services moving forward for you and everyone else! Hi Michael, We are sorry to hear that you no longer wish to continue with Happy Head after more research regarding the potential side effects of some of the ingredients.  Since every person is different and will react differently to each medicine, that's why we not only emphasize customizing the formulation for every individual but also ask for medical information so that our dermatologists can prescribe the correct medication for you and your hair loss needs.  In regards to your concerns, because our solution is topical, the chances of impacting your libido are significantly lower vs. oral medicine, but these side effects are common even when using generic Finasteride or Minoxidil. That said, if you do happen to experience any side effects (e.g., lower libido), our doctors will work with you to titrate up or down some ingredients and/or swap out certain medicines to help you find a formula that works best for you. We now even offer a Topical SuperSolution (Fin/Min) which is a Liposomal base that helps prevent side effects even more than our liquid topical, as it slowly releases the ingredients into your scalp therefore reducing the chances of adverse effects drastically!
