Hi William, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re really sorry to hear how frustrating the process felt. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. To clarify, our process is designed so that your order information and medical intake are first submitted for review, which allows one of our board-certified dermatologists to evaluate your case and prescribe a customized treatment if appropriate. You’re not locked into anything without that clinical approval, and adjustments can always be made based on the dermatologist’s recommendations. That said, we completely understand how the flow can feel confusing, especially if it’s not clear what you’re selecting before that review step. Thank you for your feedback on the website experience and the timing of your dermatologist interaction.  We’re glad you were eventually able to connect with a team member for assistance, but it shouldn’t have taken that long.  We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.

We want to clarify that our customized topical treatments are compounded specifically for each patient and contain the prescribed active ingredients and concentrations determined by our board-certified dermatologists. We also understand your frustration with the cancellation process. Customers can cancel their subscription, and we never want anyone to feel that they have to go through unnecessary hoops to do so. Our goal is to make account management as straightforward and flexible as possible, so it’s disappointing to hear that wasn’t your experience. While subscriptions are set to renew every 3 months by default to help maintain consistency in treatment, you should always be able to adjust your delivery frequency or cancel at any time based on your needs. That said, you should still feel fully in control of your subscription, and we’re sorry if our process made that difficult. Your feedback is important, and we take concerns like this seriously. We understand your concerns about transitioning to a non-prescription subscription after your prescription expired. Prescription treatments like ours require ongoing medical oversight. If required updates aren't completed, we'll need to discontinue the prescription. In those cases, subscriptions may transition to a non-prescription option to avoid interruption, with advance notice provided and the option to cancel at any time.  We also sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced when trying to cancel. We’d like to provide some clarification around our process. To ensure treatments are not interrupted, we ship orders every 25 days to account for pharmacy preparation time, shipping, and potential delays. Because of this, once an order enters the pharmacy preparation stage, we’re unable to cancel it. To help avoid this in the future, we ask that any changes or cancellations be submitted at least 3 days prior to the next scheduled order date, allowing sufficient time to process the request before shipping begins or using your self-service page to make additional changes to your account, including renewal date & frequency. Regarding pricing, when you enrolled, your subscription included a promotional rate of $49 per bottle for the first six months. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, the subscription automatically reverts to the standard price afterward. We understand pricing changes can be frustrating, and we’re always working to make our communications as clear and transparent as possible. We’re also sorry to hear that you didn’t see the results you were hoping for. Individual responses to treatment can vary, and our care team is always available to review progress, discuss expectations, and explore next steps when needed.
