Hi there! We are sorry to hear that you didn't have the best experience with Happy Head, and were unaware of the subscription service. We do indicate on the homepage, checkout page, and account page of our website that Happy Head is a subscription service, as well as stated in your email receipts.  Since consistency is key with hair loss treatments, we are a subscription-based service. That being said, you can always adjust your order dates & payment information online or contact us if you prefer to make any changes to your subscription. It’s vital for customers to try the treatment for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. Like all other hair medicine, Happy Head requires consistent use (2x per day, morning and night) and may take up to 6 months to see any type of results. Please note that one bottle won’t yield the desired results. Since we offer a variety of products and subscription options for our customers, we would like to discuss all possible options and solutions to any issue you may have. Happy Head offers more customization options than most others, and working together with your assigned Happy Head dermatologist, we can always customize your prescription to something that may suit your needs better. We will honor any request to cancel a subscription, as we provide multiple channels to contact us, but we would like further feedback so we can better our services moving forward for you and everyone else!

Hi there! Sorry to hear about your experience. Each subscription product we offer is its own separate subscription; pausing one would not automatically mean subsequent subscriptions would be paused automatically as well. That being said, if additional subscriptions were created by mistake or as suspected fraudulent activity on the account, we are more than happy to work with you and/or payment providers to take action accordingly. Please reach out to our support team if there's anything else we can do to assist.

Hi there! We are truly sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience with us and experienced additional hair loss. What may seem like excessive hair loss/shedding can actually be the medication taking effect, specifically the Minoxidil itself. As you begin to use any sort of Minoxidil, generic or with us, it begins to shed the already resting/stagnant hairs as new growing hairs begin to appear which is why more hair loss may occur within the first 4-6 weeks of starting use. Once this time has passed, the hair will start to fall less and less, and go back to its normal shedding cycle. We encourage you to reach out to your Happy Head dermatologist as well if you have further concerns and additional questions!
