Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, quick and responsive. Above and beyond the call of duty. My issue was solved right away immediately in fact, and the issue was all my fault and they still corrected it for me. Continue to do business with them and introduced them to other friends and clients.

WAY too pricey.
This 2 star is more-so about the price of their products. It is ridiculously expensive for a smaller dose than competitors. In all honesty, they may be a good brand to start with considering their smaller dose lets you see any side effects before switching companies for the larger, cheaper dosages. I got their product because I didn't do enough research and shopping around, eventually, I landed a pill form with 1.1 mg finasteride and 5mg minoxidil. So realistically, they aren't a bad company, but they are really milking these profits way more than they should. Look for a competitor charging $20 less a month than these guys.

Hi Devin! Happy Head is the only company that customizes your topical solution based on your specific needs. We are not "one-size-fits-all" and our topical formulation is made fresh every month. We also provide one of the strongest dosages of the medications on the market to increase efficacy. Our prescription medicine is stronger than what our competitors offer (e.g. 8% Minoxidil vs. 5%). Unlike other brands, we can modify the concentrations of most of our ingredients, or even remove them completely if requested. Because of this, each bottle is made to order. We don't carry a large inventory of products just sitting on a shelf with preservatives or other chemicals. Our product comes with a free consultation with a board-certified dermatologist and free ongoing support from our team of hair specialists. Many of our competitors simply have nurses or general practitioners available with no direct patient contact. I’ve tried everything. Happy Head really works!
My hair has been thin and fine all my life! Now I have finally found a product, Happy Head, that actually works! After some months, I can clearly see that my hair is growing in twice as thick! My hairdresser is now recommending Happy Head to her clients. Also, your client support is superb. Pls give my thanks to Elaiza. She was so good to me. Happy Head- Happy customers!

I love these guys
I love these guys. They have a ton of different formulas designed to give you exactly the experience you prefer. Their formulas are potent and contain multiple ingredients designed to maximize your results. The price is very reasonable, especially for the personalized care you receive. They even check in on you to make sure you're completely satisfied and to answer any questions. I feel very comfortable putting my health in their hands. Highly recommend these great people!
