The chair is beautiful and good quality, the only issue was the screws wouldn't connect properly on the top back cushion, they are not long enough to reach the metal insert they are supposed to be screwed into. We have it back against a sofa so it not too big an issue for us for now but inconvenient.

The item was not possible to assemble no matter how many times we tried. We went back and forth in email with customer service showing videos and pictures per their request. Ultimately issued a refund.

My cat LOVES the tower! One part came slightly cracked and the customer service was so easy and quick to navigate. Will definitely shop again!

After a shipping error, and a lag in response, the Happy and Polly support team really stepped it up. They were able to reroute my delivery and I got my package the next day. I put together the moon tree and it’s well made. The instructions were easy, there were a few extra parts, and they even supply you with a screw driver! I was initially worried that I’d been scammed because I ordered in response to a big sale. I’ve fallen for that before where scammers make a fake website that looks like the real thing offering massive discounts, only to get inferior product or they send the order to a fake address so they can claim it was picked up and you can’t get a refund. .thank you Happy and Polly!

Very adorable and unique designs, I’ll admit the first tree i got my cat did not play with at all BUT no fault to these guys, my cat just got too fat for it since it didn’t really have a platform lol. I just ordered another and got a flower cone collar for his upcoming snip. Love y’all’s cute designs 🫀🫀🫀🫀 good quality too
