Took to long for the job, workers said it was to hot to work on day, I worked for Ford 37 years and they never told me it was to hot, the price for the siding is just out of sight, will call another company. Workmanship good, salesperson told me I didn't need new sills but I did, not good, three stars.

Ron failed to mention that 1-800 Hanson windows fail to open all the way. That's why I was buying new bedroom windows so it would be easier to get out in case of an emergency. When windows only open a 3rd of the way.....not safe. We brought this to his attention soon after they were installed and tried to open them but he pretty much said oh well. Never heard of windows not opening all of the way.....ever!

We were pleasantly surprised when the HANSON's salesperson came out to give us a quote on fixing our damaged roof. He was honest and did not try to sell us everything under the sun, like other companies did. We got a real education on roofing materials and how it all works together and why some roofs last many years and others don't. HANSON's price was reasonable, the roofers came on time did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. We also invested in guttergard, those installers also arrived on time, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. We are happy to recommend HANSON's

Gutters were not leveled or caulked. Had them totally replaced three months after Hanson’s installed. Found holes behind gutters that no one ever showed me as they were installing. The experience was more like, put them up, get the check and get out of here.

Product quality, personnel were great. What I didn't like was the very cheap, unfinished wood trim that I had to paint...blah. also the quality of your free gift was horrible. It was a tablet which never worked. It was an off brand and we got rid of it. We purchased an Amazon Fire for 100 bucks on QVC that works great...very disappointed in your off brand gift.
