Not a good experience for our household -- lethargic service in placing the order, delay after delay in getting windows installed, and when installers finally arrived, they tore a huge hole in wall (company blamed it on "new installers") plus the windows were too small. Very disappointed.

Salesman offered us a good price. Explained the guarantee to us also went over the different quality of windows. Windows were ready ahead of schedule. Installers were professional and went over how the windows work before leaving. I did have to call to get my I pad as promised but the manager got it right out to me. I also had to ask for an itemized bill so that I could claim a Consumers Energy rebate. Overall I would use them again or recommend them to a friend.

The product, installation, and scheduling teams were excellent. Installers were prompt and polite and the product was as described. The scheduling department was flexible, engaging, and quick to respond to calls or questions. I would give these aspects 5 stars. The sales staff, on the other hand, provided incorrect information as to their process and were difficult to contact when problems arose in the payment process. The initial presentation was adequate and the agents were flexible with a last-minute scheduling issue, but once an issue arose with payment, they did not return calls as promised in their presentations nor were they forthcoming with their mistakes and positions. I can only give the sales team 2 stars.

We were supposed to get an "Alexa" type gadget with our purchase, instead we were sent a tablet. I had to call several times to get my receipt and remind them of our free gift and that it was an Alexia. Finally got the receipt.... and a tablet. ☹ Also, the screens in the Windows can not be secured. You have to close and lock the inside window because the screen EASILY slides up, not secure at all.

Friendly salesperson, great installers, wonderful product.

Your salesman sucked never got back to us said he would be here thru the whole installation and never showed up. Contractor were good guys nice job so far but like I said your salesman was awful.

good experience,quailty work and product

Hanson did good work upgrading my attic insulation. The original estimate was the best of all I had gathered, but after I agreed to it, I was told that there was a miscalculation, and I was asked to split the difference. That made the estimate one of the higher ones I had gotten, but I stayed with Hansons for the work.
