Windows are nice. Salesman was nice. Install was more than one month after original estimated date. Was looking forward to the free tablet but was insulted by the quality of it. The whole free tablet ploy really cheapened my experience. Would have given 5 stars without the tablet. It actually would have been better to not get a free gift.

I'm very pleased. The crew arrived on time and I was quite impressed how everyone worked together to get the roof completed in 2 days. Satisfied.

Windows installed had dents on the inside. I was not happy. But they are installed so there's not much to do about it. I need 3 more Windows . But will shop somewhere else.

Put in 14 windows and they are beautiful!

Had a minor problem -- one window out of 19 -- and it was examined and fixed. The technician arrived early (called first), and fixed it quickly. Yes, I do recommend Hanson's!

The communication from the office and schedulers was frustrating and inadequate. There was supposed to be a scheduled install date, but no one called me back to confirm anything. The original vm asked me to call back to discuss dates. I returned the call, but had to leave a vm. I called a few days later and left another message. No one called me for two weeks and the call I received then was to tell me that installers would be there in about 2 hours. This home is a second residence from me as I work 2 hours away. When I explained this they apologized and noticed that in fact someone had dropped the ball on communicating with me. To reschedule I would have had to wait 3-4 weeks!!! To ensure this project was done before winter, I had to leave my job and Rush two hours to get there on time. Mind you, I signed the contract for the windows in June/July. The only positive experience I had was with the install team, they were friendly, organized, clean and hard working. Based on the frustrations and lack of communication about timeline and scheduling, I would not recommend Hanson’s to family or friends.

Had my roof replaced last December and this company did a great job. Thanks

Great product terrible service. They had to come back cause they didn’t put the ridge on the peak and clean up was spotty at best plus they would stop to go smoke marijuana overall very unprofessional
