I will never buy from them again. We ordered a very expensive touch less thermometer. It was supposed to have arrived on Friday 6/5. On line it showed delivered on Friday at 4:29. I was going to call but I waited. We were going to visit a friend - walking down the block. We found our box sitting in a puddle on the edge of the driveway of a house 3 away from us. Box was wet, soft and dented and inside was water, grass and the thermometer box was wet and soft. I have left 3 messages for customer service and sent 3 emails. Not sure what to do at this point.

I returned a hose for a Free Replacement under their lifetime guarantee. By the way, this is the second time this brand of outdoor hose has failed. We are seniors at a condo in the Pacific Northwest and have not abused the hose. Now, HS want to charge me sales tax and shipping $19.00. This is misleading and a scam. OMG. I cannot recommend this piece of crap company and products that they sell.

I was mislead when I returned non stick copper pan set. After the initial set scratched I returned them and received another . That set scratched as well . They told me that I would receive a refund but instead they are sending a gift certificate. Now what I buy will cost shipping and handling plus they subtract 10.00 from my refund .
