I ordered "The Musical Plush Caterpillar" for my 2-year-old grandson and it was a BIG HIT!! It was worth every penny. It plays "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" and the the ABCs song. Plus it has the entire scale from middle C to high C in the segments of this colorful soft caterpillar with a pleasant smiling face. The child insisted on sleeping with it. His parents simply turn off the battery component and say the caterpillar is sleepy now when naptime or bedtime comes. The 6-month-old is eyeing it already! :) Could not be happier with my purchase!! Hammacher Schlemmer makes very unique and wonderful gifts.

The Chicago store which was located on Michigan avenue for many years closed or moved a few years ago. I have ordered their Orthoheel women walking shoes for years which immediately ended the painful Plantar Fasciatis due to my walking home from work @ Northwestern hospital. I am also pleased with sandals purchased for my daughter and myself. The Customer Services representatives, except for one have all been excellent. The products and customer service has been excellent. Imagine my surprise as I read so many reviews written by upset or disappointed shoppers. This is not to say that any of their reviews were wrong. I am just saying that I have not had the same experience. I am sorry that they had bad experiences. As I searched for another company's rating, I plugged in Hammacher Schlemmer out of curiosity expecting to see 5 star reviews. P.J.southloop.

The Electric Heated Dry Eye Mask by Wizard Research that I ordered from Hammacher Schlemmer came quickly with no problems. It has really helped with my dry eyes and is so easy to use. My eye Doctor was very surprised with the improvement.

Wasn't sure about buying an artificial christmas tree online without seeing it first so I called the NY store and the person who I spoke with (no wait to talk with someone) described them but was also nice enough to text me photos of all the trees on the floor so I could see more real life photos than the website. We ended up ordering the Concolor one. It arrived within about a week. It's actually an amazing tree that is nearly indistinguishable from a real tree until you are about a foot away, we are kind of blown away by it. The tree has far exceeded our expectations. I'm writing this review because the negative ones I saw on this site nearly scared me away. It sounds like customer service might be tough from these reviews, but I'm here to say the tree is truly beautiful.

I am writing a review on a recent purchase. The order number is:W7612811 The item purchased is The Cordless 24 Hour Outdoor fan SKU:95412. I bought this fan for my wife as a gift to take on our boat. It was much more than advertised. It was silent, powerful and very effective. I would definitely recommend this fan and might buy another one soon.

I returned a 2 year old defective driveway alarm that was guaranteed for life & they sent me a new one free with me paying only the postage on the returned alarm. I strongly recommend doing business with this company if they have want you are seeking.

6 years ago I ordered a 15 foot Rudolph inflatable. It comes with a life time warranty. 12-2016 the back of Rudolphs head ripped out so I returned him. My warranty replacement came 1-2017. I never opened the box as the holidays were over. 2017 we went to Florida for the winter so I put up no Christmas decorations. This year when I opened the Rudolph box I realized they sent me Clarice on accident. Luckily I found my old emails and contacted the company. They honored the mistake and are sending a 100.00 toward my new Rudolph purchase, as we do love Clarice and want to keep her. This company stands by their word and their warranties.

Really neat and interesting products. Innovative, as well as interesting. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were easy to read and understand. I loved shopping here, and would highly recommend it if you're into gadgets and unique items.
