I’ve always been skeptical talking to customer support for any and all places but Halo dog park has been amazing help since the beginning. Especially Aaron, he was beyond professional an was able to answer all of my questions and help me out with any issues I may have had! He exceeded my expectations with the help he was able to give! The company is doing great by training and having the option for live videos and the direct personal help. I do believe that the company should lower the subscription prices to accommodate for the lower class such as my self. I can not afford a new halo collar from you guys so I had to buy one used from someone else. The concept and product works amazing and I would love to stay with halo for my dogs safety and to keep me at ease!

Aaron is following up on the billing issue and will get back to me with a solution, in the meantime he was able to activate my collar so we don't have an interruption in service.

Have used Halo collars since they came out and would be afraid for my dogs to be outside without them. With heavy use there are bound to be issues once in a while and I have ALWAYS had excellant support from anyone I have felt with at Halo. Any time they have been unable to help me get my collar working correctly they have replaced it with one that does. Probably the best tech firm I have ever dealt with.
