Before ordering, a customer service rep spent a great deal of time discussing the features with me. After ordering, I needed 2 extra magnetic adapters for my 2 collars, and they worked with me to get me what I needed. I tried to place an order for Remote Beacons, and my 50% discount was not displaying in my cart at checkout, and they spent a considerable amount of time with me to solve the issue. I wasn't sure about purchasing something I knew nothing about, but their Customer Service is fantastic! They are very pleasant and extremely helpful! Glad I made the investment, and would not hesitate to make the purchase again.

Jacqueline was amazing. Very helpful and in less than 5 minutes was able to easily answer my questions and resolve problem.

Connecting with someone was extremely fast and easy. My concerns were heard and then dealt with in an extremely fast manner. It was a very easy process to get my dogs collar fixed and working properly again, no sitting around waiting forever to be given the run around like with other companies!

My first call while it looked like the problem was resolved did not fix my collar issue. My second call picked up where we left off the first one and did not make me wast time repeating steps already completed. Jacqueline was very helpful and offered to file the warranty clam for me making getting the new collar easier. I would as I have already encouraged pet owners to use the Halo system

We called in because the GPS was not working properly. They fixed it very quickly by walking me through the steps.
