I have had my Halo 3 collar for about 2 months and today my dog lost a prong out of his collar. I went onto the website and logged into my account and was able to get a 'Dog Park" meeting with a live person (Thanks RC!) within about 2 minutes. RC answered my questions about getting replacement prongs (and an extra set) and even answered a few questions about my zone beacons that I thought I would ask while RC was on the phone. For anyone that is having trouble with the collar I would say go back to square one and complete the training step by step. It absolutely works. If you invest in the time to complete the training then all it will take is one or two corrections and your dog will learn his/her boundaries. I have several hundred acres and my family members live on either side of the farm. The Halo 3 collar keeps my bird dog away from my sisters chickens and still gives him room to run. Plus I have the security of knowing where he is when I am away from home.

I have had a really hard time getting my collar to update but Sean R. was patient with me and helped me work through the whole process.
