The pups are doing spectacular with the collars, which has me completely shocked and happy all at the same time, (because if you have hounds you understand). I have not tested them on the pups in the water yet but it is getting warmer and they are ready to get into the pool. As for the battery life I get anywhere from 14 to 17 hours before they shut down. I would also recommend these to anyone that would or is thinking about either an underground fence or a permanent fence. Once they get it they get it and the best part is I can take this fence anywhere I go. I cannot wait for all of our adventures this summer and having the peace of mind knowing I will be able to let them explore. *After the most recent update, (5-22-2024), my one collar wouldn't charge, went to the HALO dog park in the app and spoke with Tim M. and he was able to walk me through on how to get it to turn back on. He also was kind enough to help me out with getting another set of contact points for our other collar which had worked its way lose and was lost. *UPDATE: The collar stopped charging again on Saturday and being a holiday weekend I was away with very little service. Got ahold of them Tuesday and again went to the Dog Park on the app for help and spoke with Antigonay and was told they would replace the collar right away. Customer service with HALO is absolutely wonderful, they are very knowledgeable and helpful with any issues you may have.

Antigonay Pender helped me today at the "Dog Park" and she was great. I was able to get a video call in less than 10 minutes and they addressed my issues with the collar and got me heading the right direction. Excellent and friendly help. Within 2 days the warranty replacement was already processed and approved! Thanks Halo!

Jacqueline was very helpful, we had a few technical difficulties but she was able to walk me through it regardless.

I called customer service for issues with our gps drifting. Connor P was very helpful in explaining why it happened and how to fix it. He talked me through fixing it over video and was very sympathetic over the issues we were having.

Jacqueline did an amazing job at helping me with my issue. She has incredible customer service skills and is very knowledgeable of your products. She helped me fix my problem and I am very appreciative for her hard work. I am so glad I have the Halo collar and an amazing support team to help me!
